DStandish:

Go back to FMK's and my posts. What I object to is clear. FMK suggests in his post that he called the company and was told that they have between $10 -$20 million on hand. This is what was implied by his post, and this is what I objected to and what I call his spinning. If he were to say, IMO based upon a burn rate of x, and a beginning cash balance of Y and the addition of $7.5 million in new financing I believe the cash balance to be Z, then I would have no problem with that. But that is not what he said, and I wanted to point out what he implied.

Note on his next post, he stated that he is on the record that the cash position of the company will be shown to be between $10 - $20 million. I have no problem with that.

Also please note, there is no one that will be happier with a $100 stock price than myself. I have a lot invested in this stock, and I am a raging bull. But to think that to post optimistic misleading posts is doing either the members of this board, the company, or any investors any good is rediculous, if not dangerous. All of us together can chant the "VLNC 100" montra, and that is not going to get the stock there. Hence, lets quit the hype, post our opinions as opinions, and let the chips fall as they may.

As far as I am concerned, I am going to resist the urge(s) to invest any more into VLNC, and I am going to flush out FMK's misleading statements as I see them.

I hope you don't object too violently.

Jeff

BTW, Did you ever think that Zeev and Larry, (no not Visnic) are doing both FMK and some of the other bulls a favor, by tempering their optimism? Maybe, if someone would have pointed out FMK's misleading statements to HIM earlier, he would not be in the financial condition that he stated he was in because of margin calls. Maybe he would have been a bit more cautious. Who knows, I wish I had been more cautious.
