why do you think wellrich is trying so hard to force an abitration dear?

Because for the last several months AZNT has been refusing to cooperate, despite the arbitration clause in the AZNT/WellRich contract. Obviously.

But at this point they're no longer "trying" to force an arbitration; they've been granted their motion to compel. Q.E.D.
