I'm definitely interested in learning more about this technology, but currently remain unconvinced - although a contract for $1.4 billion sounds like someone is really convinced. When I was a teenager I was able to run an internal combusion engine from water by breaking down water with electricty into hydrogen and oxygen. Unfortunately what I invented was an electric motor which took considerable electricity to run the whole operation. Also, my father wasn't too happy when I blew the doors off our garage with this little experiment but I had a lot of bystanders who really wanted a financial piece of the action!
