Steve I have a question from a friend. He tells me that he put in an order to sell 3000 shs of MELI at mkt. The bid was 19 1/2 At the time which was 10:49 by his brokers own account. His fill was 18 1/2. The stock traded about 20,000shs in between his order time and the time that the bid dropped to 18 1/2 this was at 10:57. All of the above trades were above the 18 1/2 that he got. This information I got from my own time and sales.Question: What should he do? Does he have a case for arbitration?
