CFMT just filed papers for a secondary offering of stock to the tune of 1.6 millions shares. This is in addition to the current 6.1 million shares outstanding. Deal to be handled by Montgomery Securities, UBS, and one or 2 others. This is reason for reversal of fortunes here.

SCGI - Kevin and others - exit strategy I would like to discuss. I beleive this stock is being manipulated on this low volume. To this end, my broker is putting out a 2000 share bid at 11, 2000 share bid at 10 5/8, and finally a 2000 share bid at 10. I do not know how he will work the deal but he has instructions to bid these prices for purchases and to pick shares up at all 3 levels if he can. If they are filled, we will exit as the stock turns up again. What is your opinion? (Steve, Webbie, Jeff,Patrick, etc. please chime in.)
