The Yahoo board is a sewer. It's internet "road rage" on steroids. I don't believe 90% of those posts. As far as a buyout is concerned, that is definitely possible but I personally doubt GE would pay 500 million for a company that is losing as much money as Imatron. If a buyout occurs, it quite possibly go for less than $4 and as little as $3 a share. I would be overjoyed to get $5 but I'm not optimistic. If they are arranging financing to keep the doors open then they have no leverage to demand a higher price. This is the echo of HeartScan.
