I think GTE deal is not happening.

But isn't GTE a long distance provider as well? Bel Atlantic wants to get into long distance business desperately. One way or another.

And I think they will try to keep as many of the wireless licenses as possible.

I just noticed yesterday that Omnipoint has block A and D in the same market (New York). There must be some exceptions.
