Note to all,

Yahoo post 4480 asking disgruntled former WCII employees to join a class action suit re compensation. What, if any, impact would this have on any pending deals, not to mention the company itself? (When I say deals, I'm not talking pure takeover, but perhaps major investments). Obviously, we don't know if the grounds for this have any legal merit. Where's Joel been lately?
