Sorry to seem like a jerk, but it's hard to do due diligence on a company that doesn't disclose financial data except NET revenues (not even gross revenues and expenses), that discloses totally insufficient balance sheet data, that announces various plans and makes various projections but whose projections don't happen as announced and which (forgive shift of pronouns) doesn't clarify why they didn't make their projections or what their new projections are and why these are better than the old ones, that hasn't publicly announced any customers or any contracts, and where the "facts" available seem to be based on private phone calls with various stockholders who, with all due respect, have their own agendas and which phone calls aren't verifiable on the record. Oh yes, also a company that doesn't respond to emails asking for release dates on financial information.

So what is there to do due dilingence on? I would LOVE to do DD on this company. But I need FACTS, not rumors, not he said/she said privately to me, etc.

Give me the facts, ma'am. Just the facts. PLEASE!!!
