Hi, All.
X is posting this note for me. I haven't been able to post for a while, because I had a private argument with SI Admin Bob in Private Mail and to my completely amazement, he terminated my account. It's become a major cause now that he failed to restore the account even after he said he would. I believe it's against the TOS that SI get involved in Private Mail and also a conflict of interest that he be the disciplinarian in a fight in which he's the other party! Since I think laws are involved protecting our rights to privacy in regard to Private Mail, and since I feel that Bob's behavior was discriminatory, I'm looking around for legal representation and such. Does anyone remember a group called EEF? I can't remember what the initials stand for or how to find them, but they had something to do with electronic freedom, civil liberties and privacy.
If anyone has any leads, let me know in email: ljk@aol.com. I cannot access any of your email addresses now, nor my Private Mail.
As for AAPL, someone on CNBC just said his firm recommended AAPL this morning as a BUY! Our stock sure had a nice beginning for the day, but now it seems to be fizzling and I'm worried. I still have Jan calls. What does everyone think in terms of timing any sells for the January options? I was thinking at the beginning of Steve's speech, but there have been a lot of hints about good surprises for us during that speech. What's do you all think?
