Bosco, you realize of course that a similar device applying electroconvulsion to people with some mental problems is still practiced, and it is not very far from the chair. I have seen X-Ray of people having their bone crushed by the force of the contracting muscles on these structures (the bones, I mean) due to electroconvulsion.

Are you not happy that NH is one of the few state that has not applied this tool on the last 50 years (it is still on our book as "fair punishment", however, unlike our more enlightened neighbors to the south who, IMHO, find this practice nothing less then barbarian).

I should not have opened this Pandora box, now will be embroiled in a discussion of the merits of capital punishment.
