Hi everyone:

Believe it or not, we are in 1999! Just 12 months shy of year 2000 and 24 months shy of year 2001! We may not see the grown up HAL as in the movie '2001'; somehow, I bet we will see HAL in fetus stage by the year 2001. I don't know about everyone, but I definitely feel something is cooking in the air for this year. Something in the air that may carry electric charge in such a way that any new movement in new information can send a mild electric shock over the entire world. Yes, a global shocks so to speak.

And you know what? A global shock is going to wake everyone up. Now, just because they wake up doesn't mean they will do anything about the 'new information' that started the shocking process. But it surely gets enough people attention to start looking into it. What is this new information? Who know. It can be anything totally unexpected.

As I caught up with the thread after my holiday funs and games, I noticed there were two issues being discussed about PNLK. The first one was that someone mentioned about new name for ProNetLink so it could catch people attention. I believe the name change is just a cosmetic touch-up that can never fly without substance. It is the substance that carry the name! In due time, PNL will build up enough substance that the name 'ProNetLink' will become the name to be recognized with. The same way that everyone can recognize the names such as EBAY and AMAZON (both of them don't even carry any connotation to the word 'web') who logged into the Internet. As a matter of fact, I like ProNetLink. It has the tone of being a Professional webtool. It also can be identified as a Network that links across the globe. IMHO, 'web' is a name that we used now to identify our newfound electronic links around the world. And when the Internet Age becomes mature in the future, the world will be talking more about linking than webbing. I feel that the word 'web' is already overused.

The second issue that was discussed was the 4 million 'pp' that was added to the float for .20 a share. Many were pissed that the financing was offered for .20 through the 'pp' instead of going to the market directly for market price. Well folks, my take is that the 'float' means tradable shares. And 'tradable' doesn't mean the share is being sold. Therefore, the 4 million shares being added to the float do not mean that those shares are actually sold to the market. Those shares are simply being held in as much the same way we are holding ours.

Now, if those 4 million shares are being sold to the market directly to raise funding as some has proposed, you can pretty much bet that the new float (4 million shares being dump to the market directly) will drop the price all the way down to 20 cents. Or at least, their average price for dumping 4 million shares to the market will be around 20 cents. Originally, I thought the current price of $1.00 range was due to the new 4 million shares float being dumped to the market; but I believe the recent 'pp' of this new float changed all that. In summary, giving the two choices, I will prefer the 'pp' for 20 cents to dumping the shares at market order. The fact that the share price rebound to $1.00 may mean that most of the 4 million shares added to the float is still in the holders' hand. They may also believe enough in the company so as not to sell now. Now, all these assumptions I am making is based on what I remembered so far from this thread and press releases. If you disagree or think I am incorrect, please offer a constructive rebuttal.

IMHO, if PNL announces a bank as a strategic alliance in the future, it will be one solid block that is being added to the foundation. This banking connection alone may be the endorsement that will open the door for many businesses to join. This may also be the endorsement that many Chamber of Commerce around the world find themselves less resistant to jump abroad the PNL train to take advantage of the PNL's concept. And most important of all, this endorsement may open the door for other banks to jump abroad as well! Talking about domino effect!

So, could this future news release about the banking relation with PNL mentioned by others who have done more extensive dd than I do be the 'new information' that triggers the electric charge in the air that shock the world? Thereby getting a lot more attention to our little baby called PNLK? Only time will tell... As of now, I am feeling quite comfortable with my PNLK shares.

Of course, all of the above are my humble opinions only!

Remember, To Each His Own

Prosperity to ALL!

And

A Happy and Prosperous New Year to everyone

and a best wishes to Malko for a speedy recovery.
