I spoke with the BETT PR people today and there is definately a big announcement comming this week. They could not tell me when just that it an announcement was imminent.
It is my opinion from the research I have done, including numerous calls to esportsbet.com, carnegie and cooke, tom hughes, and several other outside sources, that the recent stock activity was obviously a direct result of Tom's trip to new york. But what happened on Tom's trip?
It is apparent something special occured because esportsbook.com met with tom in new york. The stock price movement was immediately following his return. The esportsbet press release generated no real surge, so obviously something that happened in those meetings did cause the price to go up. Probably esportsbet insiders buying BETT shares. This had to be a result of knowing first hand, as a sports book executive, that BETT shares will be worth
alot more when other sportsbooks sign them on.
Esportsbet insiders buying chunks of shares sparked the initial up thrust of BETT prices and volume. Then the day traders jumped in to action resulting in the price roller coaster.
What is very important now is the follow up annoncement from BETT and Esportsbet due out this week. I beleive that esportsbet has made an infusion of cash into BETT as an investment and that BETT will form a partnership with Esportsbet joinig forces in an online web site shopping/gambling mall using et&t and bett as the financial gateway. This is the reason for the announcement delay, because the website is not up and running yet, plus the fact
that Tom knows that any stock action now will pale in comparison to that action following the next release, hence the no hurry attitude.
***The above is totaly hypothetical guess made by myself based on educated guess work and outside research. i encourage everyone to do their own research before investing in any stock. This theory maybe a house of cards, but it is a pretty house.
