New BUY: NDB (National Discount Brokerage)

If you missed this gem earlier at $16 to $32 in about 2 days time last week.

Now is the time to buy again.

Why?

It's currently trading back again at $17 3/4 on what I assume is profit taking from that huge jump to $33.50 last week.

Why did it jump in the first place?

They announced 2nd quarter earnings of $.42 a share.

Multiply that by 4 and you get a yearly EPS of $1.68

(Being the optimist I am.. I think online trading will only get stronger over this year and I think that .42 is a bit conservative)

$17.75 / 1.68 = P/E of 10.5

That is very low compared to all the other online brokerages right now..and SWS's discount brokerage probably does not enjoy the market share in investor that NDB does. In other words, I believe NDB is a more popular brokerage.

I think it could still run back to $24-$26 rather easily given its very small float of 4.2 mil shares.

And I think upside will come along the way as analysts initiate coverage on NDB (which I believe MUST come with EGRP and AMTD going through the roof)

Good Trading!
