Can anyone please explain the action in this stock?? I just don't understand it.... if you look at the chart it's been consolidating with a downward trend somewhat for the last 3 or 4 weeks except for 2 days 2 weeks ago. Of course, that's when I bought my January 70 options on the advice of my broker who said it looked like it was ready to break out of it's consolidation. It broke out for a day and a half and has been stagnant to down since. He of course has been no where to be found as he went on vacation the day after he sold me the options. He'll be back in the office tomorrow and needless to say he's going to eat his commissions and hear an earful.

Is it possible with earnings coming out on the 13th that there might be a warning or has something leaked out?? I'm very concerned as my investment has been cut in half and I need to look for an exit with only 10 days left on the options. Can anyone give me an idea how TLAB usually performs prior to earnings and have they made their numbers ( whisper #'s). Are they expected to do well this quarter? I can't seem to find much information on them..... Thanking you all in advance for any insight you can offer. It's much appreciated!!

Robin P.S. 2 blocks, 25K and 40K went off right at the close on the sale side. Not very promising for tomorrow I'm assuming. If I'm wrong, please correct me....
