So, ya think Merrill or DB underwrote the debt? Wonder if that warrant sugar they gave Sim/Bro got the convert deal done. We'll see once the terms are out.

Looks like it's he said/she said on the deal collapse. Now are the "adverse changes" company specific to AgriPro or are they industry related? Can't tell based on the release.
