Excellent idea, Hal. As a model, consider the "kiretsu" in this game today--aside from the usual suspects, the tech players like INTC, MSFT, MOT and others who merely make self-serving venture capital-like investments in start-ups. I nominate for your consideration...CMGI and Softbank. Talk about a strategy... But you know, nobody has put the holding-company strategy together for Internet broadcasting. Now, if AXC can find a deep-pocket investor (e.g., Paul Allen, John Malone, Craig McCaw, etc.) to capitalize this sort of game plan... BAM
