All of the above.... IBD is good for small caps, but for pennies, it is more difficult. Si is ok for hints, but it seems that each board has its own promoters. Objective opinions can be few and far between. And charting does not work on penny stocks. I think the best ones to watch are the $3 ~ $10 stocks that have been hit hard lately. Oil stocks in particular.
