the 4.7% decrease in same store sales has alot to do with the sales promotions and marketing Actually, the increase in promotion cost was for the converted Computer City stores, and their data wasn't in the same-store comparison. Still, it does seem like very good news. In the prior quarter CPU reported a loss of -$17.1M on net sales of $1.19 billion. In the year ago quarter they made +$34.1M on net sales of $1.46 billion. Their earnings should be very good on net sales of $1.78B. rhet0ric
