Short the S&P 500 50% of the portfolio.

The remaining 8 become the other 50%

Now on to other priorities - The prize.

Some good but not extravigant selections could include:

A 1er Cru Burgandy (Domain bottling only - Perhaps a Becky Wasserman or Kermit Lynch selection?)

A nice Rhone domaine bottle - Cote Rotie, Hermitage, Bandol, Chateauneuf Du Pape - again a Lynch selection

or if thinking white, a Viogioner (SP?) orrering from either the Rhone of California.

A Vino Nobile De Montepulciano (SP?) or Gattinara?
