A relief! I was disappointed about that merger move because LCSG doesn't need that extra baggage to save a few weeks. GolfUniverse.com belongs in the same breath as the other hot NASDAQ internet portals. I think as soon as LCSG has the public audit and files there will be a whole new layer of investors (institutional - most can't buy non-reporting co.'s - officially that is) that will come in. Then we'll see WALL ST. type exposure (after they've loaded up, of course).

Also, the CEO is VERY savvy, and the p.r. sounds like there's some big development in the pipeline, and LCSG wants to keep it all for its own shareholders.
