me niether, I investigated it for myself. And when I did I found statements by the company to be very forward looking!!!!! I am not saying it is a bad idea, but certainly the idea and the name is not worth $100,000,000 !!!!! I have never even gotten an answer as to how many shares were paid out for the financing thru the 504, also never told how many shares were paid out for the magazine, also never toldd how many shares were paid out for new orleans auction. The company obviously didn;t have 7.2 million cash. If they did they did not neo finance 4.5 million at 2.50/share. This whole thing stinks exceppt for the fact that it is located in Hilton Head.
