I CHECKED SOME OF SCOPUS CUSTOMERS through S & P I came out with a list which is like a who's who in the technology business. It seems that they're being chosen by companies like Sybase, Sun Micro, US Robotics, Peoplesoft to do their customer support solutions. These companies make technolgy products. They know how to evaluate technologies, so they won't just choose a customer support application blindly.
