Daniel, I resent being included in the list of the wanna-be attorney's one liners.
But you bring up a good point about the manner in which he started the year.

Rumor has it that that certain individual, desperate for some real recognition,
decided on December 31 to make a New Year's resolution to join the human race.
But as expected, it was very short lived, in one year and out the other.
