I'm not sure what the Silver service is, and I just checked their site and they've changed the names. I assume you're asking about calling the desk by phone.

I've always found Watley to answer quickly, and have been transferred to the trading desk right away except on the heaviest of trading days when you might get a recording at first. But, I don't think I've ever really been made to wait at Watley. OTOH, I don't think I've ever traded on the deluge days like Oct. 8.

For the record, I'm no longer a Watley client (parentheticals withheld <g>)
