Yes, the reimbursement in full or in part may depend on the medicare's decision. But then, it will be a guideline for others to follow. REIMBURSEMENT WILL NOT BE ON CASE BY CASE BASIS. This will help a lot since a patient can decide whether to pitch in the 20 % or not, and this certainly helps them (and the doctors) to make the decision.

Just to make the point, I go to dentists to get my gum done, I need it, and am willing to pay the 20%.
