Since you all seem to think I haven't done any DD I pass this along for your consideration. Form 10KSB for MADERA INTERNATIONAL INC filed on Nov 6 1998 Edgar Online....... Common Stock During the year ended March 31, 1998, the Company issued 6,338,650 shares of common stock in exchange for consulting and other services provided. There doesn't appear to be any restrictions on the sale of this stock. At .07 cents they probably will hold on to the stock. Once the stock goes up do you think they will want to be paid? Do you want to pay the companies debts with your money? Could any of this be the 10,000 share blocks going through? Something to think about. We all work to hard for our money. LT
