The S3 said there was no expectation of any profits during 1999. On the AMD thread, somebody said they worked at a major wafer manufacturing facility. He says that while work is increasing, the market is still very much flooded and they are not yet on full time production. Also prices for wafers are still in the gutter. I'm not enough of a speculator to buy those leaps. AMD April $27.5 calls are $4.25. Those may be a better deal.
