Good points. However, I would add that Northpoint and Covad are seeking business customers while BEL is trying to fend off ATHM by a consumer thrust. Two very different approaches to the market. While BEL does have a business segment pursuing ADSL, I'm willing to bet they lose a good bit of business to the startup DSL CLECs that will capture business.
