Add this to the mix.. Where are the additional shares coming from? If the company is using authorized but not issued shares to pay for the stock dividend, then the market will correct the share price itself. There's currently 711,000 shares outstanding. A 3 for 1 stock dividend will take that to over 2.8million outstanding. You should see the stock correct downwards. I'm trying to stir up some conversation, because I am also very curious to see how this plays out. Although the ole adage of "there's no free lunch" keeps ringing in my ear. I guess we'll find out shortly. I did send them an email today. I'll post my response if I get one. Good Investing. Doug
