Watch out before hopping on HELO.

I purchased two items from the company for my office a year ago. Both were defective and returned same day as received.

It took EIGHT phone calls to ever receive credit on credit card. It also took three months since I was always told to "allow time for your statement to clear."

They have flashy catalogs, however, they do not do as they promise on returns. Not a good sign.
