Good I am glad these brokerages are finally working these things through the system, this is one reason I was holding off on the news, so that everyone would get their securities.

Here is a cross post from RB I thought you guys may like reading, as an example of what your company is doing and how we will do it.

Tom, we are a holding company, so we will be distributing dividends, only to the shareholders... (us directors and officers get the same thing as you guys get). In the case of Archival we (CVIA) will hold several million shares in our Corporate Treasury. Albeit we will have a CVIA director on every company we take public... to watch out for our interests.

But as the IPO company grows and starts to do well... the CVIA holdings of that company does the same... so the idea is you get dividends and hopefully a nice addition to our book value that continues to grow.

This is another reason we are being very selective of which companies we will hold, we want only the best ones that, have the best chance of growing. Its in all our best interests, CVIA and CVIA shareholders.
