God, this market feels like it's topping out, That is a very tough call Kip. What I'm really hoping for is that the Dow may settle down a bit and consolidate while the small caps broaden out general support. The RUT looks like it is trying to move to higher levels. I'm thinking that some of the bigger cap money may head for Europe to participate in the Euro love-fest, weakening support for the Dow 30. In 1999, small caps should perform well, unless we have developed an systemic bias against any institutions investing in them. Regards, Ron
