janice dear , there is no motion to compel other then one defined in bs document you post on wellrich's promotional web page of ulrichs. as for hearing dear, didn't you tell us you were scanning the judgement for all to see? did you not tell us all there already was an arbitration hearing & did you not post another wellrich document on ulrichs wellrich web page to promote that hearing? dear since you told this thread already there was a hearing & it resulted in this judgement you have been scanning the past several months, why would wellrich have to go through bother of a motion to compel an arbitration you told us already happened & resulted in a judgement against aznt. don't your trustworthy wellrich documents support your claims any longer? or dear are you telling us that these old documents are no good but this new wellrich document can be trusted? you confuse me dear. you now admit that the judgement you were scanning was actually a lie? what of the documents you posted to promote this lie? are they lies too? are the new claims you have to promote wellrich supposedly accurate this time & 'these' documents honest?
dear you posted that this hearing you said was to take place tommorow was "postponed". I always thought dear the lawyers HAD to be present at 'hearings' & request a continuance if they needed more time. but i guess not is penny stock basher court of law dear. have you called landish about his name being on this document dear? lololol !
