Doug - the stock may correct downwards somewhat - but remember this: - A stock dividend is not a stock split. The way it will adjust is by the old investors selling some of their (new) shares. Not everyone (No one should anyway) will be selling their (new) shares. If there are no sellers at the time the shares are issued, the price remains the same. In this case, there is such a thing as a free lunch. And I can't wait to see how this plays out. jd
