Well,I can't believe it took me all these months.I have been a carpenter all my life. But I finally figured out ARETS' problem and why we are where we are now.I can't believe I was so blind. I think the reason I missed it is because I was so busy listening to all the words ,I forgot the basics.Everything finally fits.Dustan just hired a loan closer,Tomahawk const. is a consulting co.So they will supply a Gen. contractor to hire all the trades to build a house,for a price.See what I'm getting at?THEY HAVE NO CREW!You want concrete poured? They have to sub it out . You want framers? You have to sub that out and so on.Think about it Last month or the month before, we all took turns on a Sat. talking about concrete and if it could be poured in cold weather. I posted that if some one wants concrete poured, the concrete will get poured.Boy I was SLOW on this one.
