I see you beat me to posting the Stratfor Analysis.... <VBG> What do you think about their prediction that Russian and China will form an alliance of convenience to oppose both the US and Europe?? They made some provocative predictions. But is slightly disturbing to me that they have never once mentioned Y2K or the potential real, or merely psychological impacts it may have on interernational economic, political, military stability.
