Bob,

The Republicans can load on as much rhetorical bombaste as they wish. But questions remain. Did Clinton actually perjur himself to a Grand Jury? Did Clinton's actions constitute a conspiracy to obstruct justice or the frantic moves a man trying to cover up an adulterous affair? And above all, do these allegations, even if true, constitute an impeachable offense?

All these questions, IMO, remain unresolved and unanswered.
