Frederick,

Are you using NT?

I get the same message and was told it was NT-related. I'm using NT 4.0 and have been trying to get past that error, and numerous other errors with TC ver 4 or 4.1, ever since back in May or when ever it was their flawed ver 4 first came out. I've spent endless hours on the phone with Worden tech support the past 7-8 months and still can't use any of their versions of 4. I've never have been able to use it. You wouldn't believe all the stories they've told me about why. I could write a book on it!

Apparently they have serious NT-related bugs in their program and they are unable to even comprehend them, much less fix them at the present time. I'm not optimistic at all about their program working with NT - or at least not with my NT.

I wouldn't waste any telephone time with them on the run time 91 error. I recently spent hours on the phone with them about it. They were scheduled to have called me back with an answer and they didn't. That's probably because they don't have a clue how to fix it.

I'd be interested to know if anyone has been successful using their program with NT.
