MegaSystems, Inc. is a vertically-integrated provider of large-format
film entertainment services, offering turn-key solutions for commercial
and educational venues. The Company's services include site evaluation,
project feasibility studies, budgeting, equipment installation,
supervision of design and building construction, facility operation and
the creation of marketing, merchandising and sponsorship programs.
MegaSystems also owns, operates and partners with successful theaters
and is installing the Mega 8/70 mm Projection and Sound System in the
Great Smoky Mountains MegaTheater in Gatlinburg, Tennessee, a 700-seat
theater set to re-open in 1998 with a 60'x80' screen. Other theaters
include the Discovery Center of Science and Technology in Bethlehem,
Pennsylvania, and the new $52-million facility and planetarium at the
Chabot Science Center and Observatory in Oakland,California.
