Letter to Shareholders DEC 1998
An open letter to our stockholders:
From: Roger A. Antoniu, Operations Manager
  Dear Stockholders,
I would like to thank all of you for your patience over the past few weeks. I have been promising to post a letter on the web page to keep you informed, but haven't had the opportunity to do so until today. What I have done is to edit our business plan down to the pertinent information so that you will know what we are doing here on a day to day basis. I will be posting similar information on a regular basis whenever there are any new developments, but each month at the very least. By way of introduction let me tell you who is working here at EyeTel on the management team.
I am currently running the day to day operations of the company. I have worked at EyeTel now for the past year in the technical field, helping to develop the new software and outlining an overall technical support plan to be used as a model during our sales growth. I come from an extensive sales and marketing background and have run two other profitable companies in the past. My immediate task here is to turn the corner from a software development company to a company that sells and supports a complete line of videoconferencing equipment.
The other members of EyeTel's management team have extensive technical background and experience to manage the support and ongoing development of EyeTel's leading edge products.
President and CEO Mihalo Rebec has an extensive background in the technical field.
Mike Gilson, Lead Programmer has over 17 years experience in software development for industrial automation applications, including 8 years of developing real-time applications. Mr. Gilson has had articles published in the C/C+ Users Journal, the Rockwell Software Engineering Symposium No. 6 and currently has one patent pending.
Dennis Cooper, Vice President of Marketing and Sales has been in the computer industry for 10 years. He has sold and installed computers, computer networks, satellite communications and ISDN communications throughout the world. He has concentrated his efforts over the past 6 months on getting EyeTel known and accepted in government purchasing circles.
Finally the Board of Directors have many years experience in corporate management including the operation of a number of rapid growth companies.
I am hoping that the following pages will give you some idea of what we are doing here. As you will see, we are doing a lot of work with very few people, so the hours in a day slip by very quickly. For that reason I am asking that you attempt to communicate with us through e-mail as much as possible in order for us to maximize our time. Of course if you have any concerns that require immediate attention please give us a call.
  Sincerely,

  Roger A. Antoniu |
