Richard, Before today's acquisition, the Go2Net Network was ranked the 25th most visited Web property for the month of November by Media Metrix/Relevant Knowledge. The 100hot methodology is linked at the very bottom of the home page at hot100.com There is also a very interesting comparison between 100hot, Relevant Knowledge, Media Metrix, and Net Ratings at 100hot.com You may be right about bomis.com - maybe it shouldn't be in the top 100. But like with SI, it is often the oddities and the unusual that give a site like 100hot character. Overall, I believe 100hot gives a 90% accurate picture of the Web. It is probably as informationally rich as Relevant Knowledge/Media Metrix and should only get better with time.
