By the way, I don't recommend trading with this much margin, unless you are extra sure of what you are doing. It's just a good example to explain how margin works so that you can avoid margin calls after selling or uncovering overnight positions; and to show how it is possible to flip to another fully margined overnight without waiting a day to do it. And finally, it is illustrative of how you can be fully margined and still have 100% of your beginning account value available for daytrading. (e.g. $10,000 in account value allows you to daytrade $10,000 blocks, even while owning $20,000 in an overnight position.) Interesting, huh? -Sword (bop on #The_Final_Frontier channel)
