Hi John and all:

When I bought ADOT in Sept 1997, ADOT had just received a million dollars from an oversees investor. I found out later on that the shares were restricted for 18 months and were bought for .75 cents.

That would give the purchaser over 1.3 million shares. At the time, there were over 4 million shares outstanding. The math tells me that he is not the same investor of 1997. But who knows?...Like RBARON says we are all guessing until it is in black and white. I see Richard, that you are now in GTCI, good luck.
