Sadly Rexi's 10K demonstrates why investors everywhere call the REXI CEO Fast Eddie "Chef Boyardee" Cohen AKA "The Snake"; and his fat ugly son Danny "the Doughboy" Cohen AKA "Mamas Boy"; and his wife Betsy "Mean Granny" Cohen the dirtiest and most dishonest management team in America. Everyone knows their accounting stinks and that they face numerous shareholder lawsuits for their crooked ways; however their greed became more apparent in the 10K when they reset their stock options at the all time low in October. Also disclosure about gain on sale assumptions mysteriously disappeared and the big leasing announcement was not discussed. Can anyone spell K-R-I-M-E-N-A-L-E-S? All opinions expressed here are Mr. Pink's who is definitely short this pig, but may not announce to the world that He has covered until after He has done so. (Wouldn't it be stupid to do otherwise?)
