Mr. Patience,

Your point re the $0.20 share distribution is a good one. Many such deals are done so the buyers than use their shares for shorting the stock down as far as possible. Looking at PNLK's price vs. the offering price, the current price range in the market, etc., it be more advantageous in the short term for the buyers to see a price rise.

Then short. Be careful.
