I am not so sure this spin off of the .com portion would be a good idea depending upon when it takes place. Sometime, somewhere, reality will set in on the amazons and ubids of the world and they are going to take a real dive. I would anticipate when this occurs having the .com will be seen as a curse, not a blessing. If BKS spins off its.com around this time, it could hurt the stock in general. All of this short term. If you hold long term, who cares. Its a good company.
