Michael said that Jim is very smart guy. My impression was that like many other too smart people, it's sometimes difficult to accept somebody else's opinion. Jim developed product they did not think is what they want it, so they let him go because he did not want to accept their ideas. Frankly talking about how the company looked like 18 months ago with the present time is irresponsible plus it's from somebody who was let go. Again, Michael did not say anything bad about Jim, despite of what was send via PM's which was completely misleading. "By the way Microsoft does not have any product" - reported by laid off employee in 1975. Just being silly. Radim
