Thanks, DRT, for the response. I'd also factor in that any discovery by HLM or AVL in the vicinity might also benefit PDL, which might well get the contract to crush/process ore therefrom (not to mention that PDL also staked out nearby properties). Similar to the arrangement that Glimmer Gold has w/St. Andrews in Timmins.
