Amazon news on CNBC: Forecast to have $250MM revenue in the 4th quarter of 1998 and they are still going to make a loss! That's a billion a year revenue. Imagine how much profit, little TSIG could make on that kind of revenue. They also said that Amazon's margins will probably never get higher than 5%! Does anyone know what kind of margin that TSIG might be capable of? They made a comparison with MSFT, whose margins are 40%. I guess it helps to have a virtual monopoly. They also said that AMZN had an extra million customers over Christmas and shipped 7 1/2 million orders.
